Description

The Conductivity Plus meter allows accurate measurements of conductivity, water levels and temperatures in piezometers, boreholes, pipes and estuaries, where saltwater intrusion and contamination levels become a concern. Conductivity can be an early indicator of change in a water system due to fluctuations in salinity. The premium padded carrying case is included to protect your precision instrument.

While this is an excellent tool for the early detection of threats to a water system, it is not recommended for well profiling where saltwater intrusion is a factor. The 1-minute response time and calibration at only 1413 μS make it impractical for this application. The high-tensile steel-core measuring tape is stretch-tested to ASME standards and is ideal for measuring up to 50 °C. An LCD screen displays conductivity values of up to 80,000 μS and a temperature range of 0˚C to 50˚C. The conductance temperature compensation coefficient is 2.0%. Probe calibration is easy using the 1413 μS solution.

  • Electronic module (IP65): the LCD screen displays conductivity values of up to 80,000 μS and a temperature range of 0˚C to 50˚C, removable for easy cleaning and servicing.
  • The automatic shut-off function is activated after five minutes of inactivity.
  • Operating temperature 0˚C – 50˚C.
  • Probe (IP68) – pressure / depth rated *, field-replaceable, 22 mm (0.875″).
  • Electrode configuration system consisting of 2 single-electrode arrays within a concentric electrode.
  • Steel tape: high-strength steel, polyethylene-coated, highly break-resistant, stretch-resistant and permanently legible – markings in metric (mm) or engineering (1/100′) scale.
  • Steel tape complies with ASME B89.1.7-2009 and MIL-STD-45662A, FED GGG-T-106F and EEC Class II certification.
  • Padded carrying case: to protect your precision water level meter.
  • Handle: built-in, for resting the meter on the piezometer head, allowing hands-free positioning.
  • Guide: built-in, to protect the tape from sharp edges on the piezometer casing.
  • Vinyl grip – easy ergonomic grip.
  • Winding handle: custom-made for easy rewinding with gloved hands.
